Pastor Joseph Gibba serves as Assistant Pastor of Al-Masih Worship Center, supporting the church through pastoral care, visitation, counseling, and pulpit ministry. He plays an important role in helping the church navigate cultural contexts with wisdom and sensitivity, while also strengthening the spiritual life of the congregation.

Pastor Joseph has received a Certificate of Christian Studies, a Diploma of Christian Ministries, and an Advanced Diploma in Pastoral Leadership and Church Planting through Al-Masih Training Center. He is a licensed pastor with Al-Masih Assemblies of God and is committed to serving the church with faithfulness and integrity. Joseph and his wife, Madeline, have two children, Christopher and Anna.
